Two hour introduction to glassblowing class.
Description
So you want to blow glass! No prior experience required. Classes are held the 3rd Sunday of every month. Four students to a class.
In this two hour introduction to glassblowing class, you will learn the basic fundamentals of glass. The class will learn basic safety practices used in the studio and the use of a variety of tools used to manipulate molten glass. Students will learn to gather glass from the furnace, apply color to the glass and form basic shapes which you get to keep.
This is a hands on class so be prepared, we work very hot.
