What all can you make?

For first timers, we recommend the orbs, it's the classic start to glassblowing, but all of our intro experiences are suitable: hearts, eggs, flowers, pumpkins, holiday ornaments, orbs.

Select your color

Each season has a new color collection. Select from one of six color combinations.

Join a Brief Safety Lesson

Our professional artists discuss the aspects of your experience and how to engage safely.

Enter the Hotshop

For most experiences, each participant works one-on-one with our professional glassblowers.

Apply color

Each participant learns how to handle the equipment and apply granulated color called frit to their piece

Transform Your Piece

Once color is applied, work with us to transform it by blowing, sculpting or pulling molten glass into the desired form.

Celebrate! (and wait)

Congrats friend! Your new piece of glass art is safely cooling down from over 1,000 degrees. It takes about 18 hours to cool so you'll need to come back often as soon as the next business day.

Frequently Asked Questions

When are experiences available?

Public glassblowing experiences run on weekends: most Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Private events are available Tuesday-Sunday, depending on studio availability.

Who can participate?

Public experiences are for adults only so we can maintain a relaxed, high-quality environment for everyone attending.

Private events offer more flexibility: children 10 and older are welcome to watch in the hotshop with their family. Our instructors will make the call whether they can participate that day. 

Do I need any prior experience?

Nope! We’ll guide you step-by-step through the process. Our friendship globe and limited-time experiences are designed for beginners.

When should I arrive?

Please plan to arrive 5–10 minutes early. When you get here, enjoy browsing our gallery until you’re invited into the hotshop.

When can I take my glass home?

Most pieces are ready the next day. You can also pick them up during gallery hours or we can ship them for a small fee.

What if I can't make it to my scheduled time?

You can reschedule directly from your confirmation email up to 3 days in advance. For last-minute changes, text us at (210) 504-9244.
