Transformation Orbs are an interactive tool designed to permanently hold handwritten notes written by you or your loved ones. I use mine for intention setting, and sometimes to send a note to a pet I’ve lost, others have used them for prayers or at weddings and in ceremonies.
To err is human, to embrace is humane.
Write
Fill your orb with handwritten notes. This could take days or years, up to you!
Try this, write your intentions on a slip of paper and keep it with you. At days end place it in the globe to let the day go knowing you made an honest effort.
Know
Know that each time you use your orb it is your personal symbol of strength & growth. Your transformation orb is on your side! It's something beautiful cheering you on from wherever it's perched in your home or office.

Transform
When it's time, your orb comes back to the hotshop where your orb and notes are combined with molten glass to make a new vessel. The notes turn to carbon and are visible as black or white inclusions inside the vessel.
Repeat
This vessel grows with you, and has a larger opening so you can retrieve the notes if you wish. Or it can become a special piece of art that has the essence of your journey permanently imbued within its walls.

The intention is for your notes to stay in the orb permanently.
You fill your orb with notes, reflections, responses.
Once your orb is full, or when you're ready, contact [email protected] to discuss a transformation. You are invited to select colors that are meaningful to you and the colors do not have to match the original orb.
When I bring it into the hotshop, I prefer to make a smallish vessel like the one pictured above with a small mouth and a finial. The finial is created with the carbon ash from your notes as a symbol of ascension.
I wanted to create something that could connect humans to each other, even when no one else is present. I love the idea that something has ephemeral as thought, hopes, & wishes could be captured (as carbon ash) within the glass itself for potentially thousands of years.
Nope! the notes are reduced to carbon ash when they come in contact with molten glass. What you write is sacred and secret to you.
In 2025 the transformation orbs are $55 and when you're ready for a transformation, those start at $125.
My purpose for making these transformation orbs is to love ourselves for who we are now while also leaving space for the desire to grow and learn from the wisdom of all that is around us.
